The Kennedy-Warren Residents’ Association

— A membership organization for the residents of the historic Art Deco style Kennedy-Warren apartment building located in Washington, D.C. The building is a one-of-a-kind example of the Aztec Art-Deco style, and is listed on the National Historic Register.

The KWRA was founded in 1982 to represent the collective and individual interests of K-W residents to its management, and to inform residents of matters relating to the building, and provide a venue for Kennedy-Warren residents to meet and socialize. The KWRA also brings speakers of interest to residents, provides a forum for residents to express their views, and sponsors cultural events.
